EP-1F liquid polymer
TouGas EP-1F liquid polymer is a versatile gelling agent for well stimulation based on high-molecular weight synthetic acrylamide co-polymer with friction reduction properties. It is used in combination with an external surfactant based hydration-aid, e.g. our surfactant based TN-6190 flowback-aid, and metal-based crosslinkers to provide stable viscosity up to ultra-high reservoir temperatures. The design of the polymer allows for a controlled break down using common oxidizing breaker, leaving almost no residues and providing high regained conductivity.
TouGas TN-6190 is a surfactant based hydration and flowback aid. It is used in combination with TouGas liquid polmyer or as a stand-alone flowback aid. TouGas TN-6190 significantly reduces the surface tension and interfacial tension of water-based stimulation fluids improving the flowback in tight / shale reservoirs.
TouGas XL-720 zirconium-based crosslinker is used in stimulation fluids with low pH-environments and high-temperature stable stimulation systems. Together with typical viscosifiers it creats reliable high viscosity fluids for proppant placement.
TouGas EP-5E liquid polymer is used for polymer flooding in Enhanced Oil Recovery. It is specifically designed for applications in high-temperature reservoirs up to 100 °C / 212 °F where high salinity water with TDS levels of up to 200,000 ppm are injected. The liquid form of the polymer allows for a mixing-on-the-fly approach leading to an easy handling in space-constrained environments, e.g. offshore plattforms.
TouCEM TG-31CL is a liquid sulfonated naphtalene formaldehyde cement dispersant for temperatures up to 232 °C / 450 °F. It reduces the mixing viscosity of cement slurries and improves their rheological properties. Cement slurries with TouCEM require less hydraulic horsepower due to lower-surface treating pressure.
TouCEM TG-33 CP is a powder sulfonated ketone formaldehyde cement dispersant for temperatures up to 207 °C / 400 °F. It reduces the mixing viscosity of cement slurries and improves pumping properties. Cement slurries with TouCEM TG-33 CP dispersant are easily mixed and show non-settling chracteristics.
TouCEM TG-10BCP cement bonding agent is a gas control additive which sticks on cement grains and prevents gas migration and gas channeling in the annulus and within the cement sheath. A selective film, formed with TouCEM TG-10BCP during cement mixing,minimizes gas penetration into the cement sheath during the cement transition state and reduces gas migration and gas channeling to a minimum.
TouCEM TG-40R is an environmentally safe cement retarder. The active component in TouCEM TG-40R is protected by an organic component and does not over-retard the cementitious slurry at lower temperatures allowing a reliable performance over a broad temperature range. As the downhole temperature increases above 250 °C, the complex disassociates (breaks down) and the active component retards cement set efficiently. TouCEM TG-40R can be used in almost any cement slurry regardless of density.
TouCEM TG-CS surfactant enhances the effectiveness of cement spacer systems and promotes complete mud displacement. TouCEM TG-CS surfactant supports the removal of mud residues from the wellbore wall and the casing surface. As a water-wetting agent TouCEM TG-CS enables strong cement bonding (adhesion) on casing and wellbore surface and supports zonal isolation and the integrity of cementing jobs.
