Dr. Seifert has held numerous executive positions in the chemicals and finance industry and continues to be one of the leading entrepreneurs in German industry. His outstanding career includes positions on the Board of Management of Hoechst AG, CEO of Clariant and Partner of Deutsche Morgan Grenfell. In 2001 Dr. Seifert has acquired Allessa, a mid sized specialty chemicals company headquartered in Frankfurt-Fechenheim (Germany). Dr. Seifert has served as the Chairman of several successful start-up companies like PEMEAS GmbH (sold to BASF in 2006), Jerini AG (sold to Shire Ltd. in 2008) and Athenix (sold to Bayer in 2009) and he continues to support and guide promising start-up companies in Europe and the USA.

Dr. Brodt is leading TouGas Oilfield Solutions GmbH as President & CEO. Before TouGas, Dr. Brodt held several executive positions with BASF SE and served as board member of EIT Raw Materials.  He has long-term experience in oilfield chemistry and applications thereof. Dr. Brodt received his education as chemist from University of Heidelberg, GER and MIT, Cambridge, USA. He also was Feodor-Lynen-Fellow of the well-known Alexander-von-Humboldt-Foundation of Germany.

Mr. Ehses serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of TouGas. He has held numerous leadership positions with technology companies as well as automotive industry, trading and energy companies. Previously he has served as CFO of Corrie Maccoll Ltd. Germany, a rubber trading company. Mr. Ehses has profound knowlegde in reorganisation and strategy, mergers and aquisition, financing and he has successfully integrated a lot of companies in group structures.

Dr. Endo is representing TouGas in Asia Pacific with a particular focus on further developing strategic partnerships in the region. Before joining TouGas he has served as President & Chairman of Lonza Japan Ltd. His previous experience includes senior management positions at international blue chip companies like Procter&Gamble and Hoechst. Dr. Endo has obtained his PhD in chemistry from Rice University (Houston, Texas).

Dr. Dugonjic-Bilic leads the R&D department of TouGas. Together with her team, Dr. Dugonjic-Bilic has developed the products and manufacturing processes which today form the TouGas technology platform. Dr. Dugonjic-Bilic has obtained a PhD in chemistry from Technical University of Munich and has held several senior leadership positions in the chemical industry.

Dr. Fulhorst serves as the marketing leader of TouGas, reflecting his longstanding involvement in marketing products and services to the oil and gas industry. Dr. Fulhorst has obtained a PhD in chemistry and has held several research and commercial positions in Canada, the Netherlands and Germany.

Mr. Ogoshi had been serving in various global leadership positions for marketing & business planning in the area of pharmaceutical, specialty and inorganic chemical products. Before joining TouGas, he has worked on numerous oil & gas related strategic growth initiatives in Sumitomo Corporation EMEA CIS region.
