TouGas Oilfield Solutions appoints new Chief Executive Officer

Frankfurt (Germany), May 1, 2013 – TouGas Oilfield Solutions GmbH today announced that it has appointed Dr. Tore Land as its new Chief Executive Officer.

Dr. Land has previously served at GE International, where he designed and lead the $ 200 million GE ecomagination innovation challenge, a global venture capital and open innovation platform. Prior to joining GE, he had created PEMEAS, a leading alternative energy company. PEMEAS was acquired by BASF SE and Dr. Land integrated the company into the global operations of BASF. His previous experience includes senior management positions at chemcial and life science companies like Celanese, Aventis and Hoechst AG.
